FOCL is a passionate charity born from the dedication of local residents who have tirelessly fought for the preservation of our beloved library for over two decades. Our team is entirely voluntary, with the original committee still serving as Trustees, complemented by individuals with expertise in marketing, business management, fundraising, IT, social enterprise, and finance. Together, we strive to keep our library thriving for future generations.
