Barclays are at the library every Wednesday to help with enquiries and signpost you to other services. Please note this is a CASHLESS service. You can find them in the meeting room (2nd door on the left in the corridor), just past the cafe bar.

Walk and Talk at the Library

A friendly, open group for parents with children. Meet outside the library at 1030 on Wednesdays for a walk and natter in the park, then finish up at the library from 1130 for a cuppa and a warm up if it's cold No need to book - all welcome!

Tell Me a Story

Friendly weekly term time story time for pre-school children and their parents/carers. Listen to favourite stories old and new, sing along to nursery rhymes and make a noise in the library! Cafe open for refreshments.
